Do
- Include both the task and the time or date in the same message. If you forget one, PingMe asks for just that part — reply with it within 30 minutes.
- Write in any language or script — English, Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati… PingMe replies the same way you write.
- Send one reminder per message.
- Use clear times like “10 am”, “6:30 pm” or “18:00”, or relative times like “in 2 hours”.
- Check the Reminder set confirmation — it shows exactly the date, time and task saved.
- Tap Cancel on the confirmation if your plans change.
Don't
- Don't send voice notes, photos or stickers — PingMe reads text only for now.
- Don't use vague times like “later” or “soon” — PingMe needs a specific time.
- Don't set reminders more than 30 days ahead.
- Don't include passwords, OTPs, bank or card details, or other sensitive information.
