Do I need to install anything?
No. PingMe works inside WhatsApp. Just save the number and send a message — there's no app and no account to create.
How far ahead can I set a reminder?
Up to 30 days from now. If you ask for something further out, PingMe will tell you instead of saving it.
How do I cancel a reminder?
Tap Cancel on the confirmation message, or reply “cancel” to it. You can do this any time before the reminder is sent.
Which time zone does PingMe use?
Indian Standard Time (IST) for now.
What happens to my messages?
They're used only to create and deliver your reminders, and reminder data is deleted one year after the reminder is done. Reply STOP any time to switch off PingMe and delete your data. Read the full Privacy Policy.
